How can
Dry Ice clean my car?

Our services don’t include water, harsh chemicals and any other abrasive media blasting options. We are able to implement dry ice cleaning to help with preserving all stickers, tags, markings and labels. Dry ice has the ability to remove any contaminants seen by the eye, further preserving the vehicle originality. Cleaning a car has never been more effective and efficient. let us restore your vehicle back to like factory new conditions! we do this very efficiently and effectively without any disassembly required. There are three main elements of dry ice cleaning that make this process very efficient, known as I.C.E. (Impact, Cold/Thermal, Expansion). These three elements can effectively be leveraged to clean most surfaces.

  • Impact

Impact of dry ice pellets creates a kinetic energy effect. The soft dry ice is accelerated by compressed air through specifically and scientifically designed nozzles at supersonic speeds.

  • Cold/Thermal Temperature

Cold temperature of dry ice pellets creates a thermal effect/shock on the surface/substrate being cleaned. The temperature of dry ice is somewhere about -109F -78C upon impact, this causes the contaminants to embrittle. This helps break the bond between the substrate and the contaminant. (Materials such as dirt, oil, sludge, coatings, road debri, thick corrosion, discoloring, oxidation and even some rust!) Upon impact the Dry ice Pellets are proven to even clean down to the bare or raw surfaces restoring to “like factory new” conditions)

  • Expansion

The thermal expansion of solid CO2 (dry ice) from a gas is literally like a miniature bomb going off on the substrate or surface. The dry ice pellets volumetrically expand in size removing any stubborn contaminants in its path. The contaminants instantly evaporate and the remains drop to the ground. This leaves us with minimal waste and clean up times. Upon impact and expansion, the dry ice pellets return to their natural form of a gas know as (Co2) and gets returned to the atmosphere. (This process is completely environmentally friendly and ecofriendly using carbon dioxide. It’s A Natural Resource!

Where Does All Of The Dirt Go After Cleaning? Is There Any Disassembly Required?

In the air and eventually drops to the ground around the surrounding areas. There's very minimal secondary waste and dirt to this cleaning process, providing minimal clean up times! Absolutely no disassembly is required unless client requests!

Why Haven't I Heard About This Before Until Now?

While many companies in the dry ice industry have came before us over the last couple of decades, The concept of using dry ice to clean is still foreign to most people.

The concept is especially new in the automotive industry…To begin there was a lack of technology and knowledge of how this cleaning process could adapt and pave the path for restorations in the car culture. The concept of using dry ice changed in early 2018 and 2019 the dry ice industry became very innovative introducing new technology that was automotive friendly. This gave people like ourselves the opportunity to introduce to our local regions for exposure.

The purpose for using dry ice in the auto detailing industry is to further expand the vast capabilities of green cleaning and restorations on cars to achieve levels unobtainable elsewhere and provide unmatched results. Introducing Co2 into auto restorations has been slowly capturing the interests and attention of the automotive industry and enthusiast worldwide. Its truly a game changer! we are now able to achieve results we never were able to achieve using extensive handwork or from using abrasive blasting medias.

Although this technology isn’t necessarily new and isn’t patented nor designed by us, we are heavily committed and invested into the dry ice industry. We are in full support of the founders and developers that paved the way for us. Having become well acquainted with leading industry auto detailers and auto restoration shops, we believe we are on the right track to developing a bright future for the automotive industry. We strive to provide pristine services for all passionate car owners and car collectors.
