HOW Co2 WORKS

SO WHAT IS DRY ICE CLEANING? AND HOW IS IT BENEFICIAL FOR MY VEHICLE?

This process uses Co2 carbon dioxide in a solid-gas form, using extremely high-powered air compressors and extreme thermal temperatures to create dry-ice pellets. These pellets are projected in multiple particle sizes, forced out of a hose at high speeds using multiple tips and compressed air. When The pellets hit the surface the gas evaporates and turns back into its natural form of a gas. The pellets hit the surface at -109 degrees or -78C breaking the bond of the dirt or contaminants from the substrate or surface being cleaned. The contaminants are then simply removed. The machine we use has the ability to dial in pellet size, pellet volume, and air pressure to precise levels which gives us the ability to clean and restore any type of surface, no matter the condition or age of the vehicle. Our machine can even take the ink off a business card without destroying the card itself!

With conventional cleaning, processes using water, soap, and chemicals you are always left with a mess on the driveway or shop floor, and while the top surfaces appear clean, all the cracks and crevices trap the dirt and grime that has loosened up. You are constantly spending money on cleaning, products or services that leave you vulnerable to scratches, dents or potential damage. We can thoroughly clean your engine bay, wheels, suspension, or undercarriage to a level not attainable with soap and water, chemicals or attainable from other media blasting industries such as sandblasting, soda blasting or pressure washing.

Don’t be fooled, other blasting media industries can severely damage components on the vehicle, and potentially harm the vehicles value or resell value. Avoid any kind of abrasive solutions or techniques! While it looks simple, it takes an experienced professional to effectively operate, ultimately having full control over many adjustments such as particle size, velocity, projection, and psi based upon knowledge of the materials being cleaned. With out the knowledge of the equipment or prior experience, dry ice cleaning can be detrimental, especially if “blasting” a vehicle or if used with an improper settings or inadequate experience.
